Services include executive and administrative support, operations coordination, scheduling and calendar management, email organization, document preparation, research, vendor coordination, and HR-aligned tasks such as onboarding assistance and maintaining employee records

Do you work virtually or in person?

A hybrid model is available. Most tasks are completed virtually, with on-site support offered to clients in Central Connecticut when needed.

How do I know which services I need?

A consultation is offered to learn about your business, workflow, and the areas where support will have the most impact. From there, a tailored service plan is created based on your goals.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Clients can choose ongoing support or project-based assistance depending on their needs.

Do you offer monthly packages?

Yes. Custom packages are available based on the level of support required. Pricing is discussed during a consultation to ensure plans align with each client’s needs and goals.

How does billing work?

Invoices can be provided weekly or monthly depending on the service arrangement. Project-based work may be billed at completion or in predetermined stages.

Do you offer confidentiality agreements?

Yes. Confidentiality is a standard part of all services. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be included at the client’s request.

Can support be customized for my industry?

Absolutely. Services are tailored to the unique workflows, compliance considerations, and operational needs of each client.

What HR support do you provide?

HR support includes maintaining employee records, preparing onboarding materials, scheduling interviews, updating documents, and organizing workflow systems. HR advice or legal guidance is not provided.

Do you assist with bookkeeping tasks?

Basic administrative bookkeeping support is available, including organizing receipts, tracking information in QuickBooks, and preparing documentation for accountants.

How quickly can projects be completed?

Timelines vary depending on scope and urgency. Turnaround times are discussed during the consultation, and priority needs are accommodated whenever possible.

What happens after I book a consultation?

An intake is completed to understand your goals and current challenges. From there, a customized service plan is presented outlining recommended support options and next steps.

What is the onboarding process for new clients?

Each new engagement begins with a brief intake process that includes gathering project details, preferred communication methods, access needs, and workflow preferences. This ensures support is aligned with how your business operates from day one.

What is your communication style?

Clients receive consistent, timely communication through email, phone, and scheduled check-ins. Updates are provided to ensure clarity and visibility throughout every project.

Can you support multiple people within the same organization?

Yes. Support can extend to multiple team members as long as workload and capacity allow.

Do you sign in to client systems or use a password manager?

Yes. Secure access processes are followed, and clients may share credentials through a preferred encrypted tool. System access is only used for agreed-upon tasks and is removed immediately when services end.

Can you help create or organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)?

Yes. SOP development and workflow documentation are available to help streamline operations, improve consistency, and support growing teams.

What if my needs change over time?

Support is flexible. Service plans can be adjusted as your business evolves—whether you need additional hours, new tasks, or expanded operational support.

Do you work with confidential or sensitive information?

Yes. Handling confidential information is a standard part of operations, especially for HR, financial, and executive-level tasks. All information is managed securely and with strict discretion.

How do I share documents or files with you?

Clients can share files via email, secure cloud platforms (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox), or shared project management tools, depending on their preferences and security requirements.

What tools or software do you use?

A variety of business tools are used, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Canva, project management platforms, and industry-specific systems as needed. Tools can also be adapted to match the client’s existing workflow.
